Synthetic
Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluid (HFD)
Designed as a direct replacement for flammable, petroleum-based
hydraulic fluids, the QUINTOLUBRIC® 888 Series is compatible
with typical pump, valve and equipment materials. For high temperature
environments, Quaker recommends QUINTOLUBRIC 822-300-CM, a more
thermally stable version of its flagship product line. For applications
where fluid life is not as critical, Quaker supplies QUINTOLUBRIC
855 based on natural, vegetable-based products.
High Water
Containing Fluids (HFA)
QUINTOLUBRIC® 807 products are used when equipment has been
designed for water hydraulic systems.
Compatible
Hydraulic Fluids
For applications where leaking hydraulic fluid may contaminate process
chemicals such as rolling oils, Quaker manufactures custom, compatible
hydraulic fluids. These fluids combine the chemistry and functionality
of hydraulic fluids and process chemicals so that leaks do not hinder
operational performance.
